What is the cut off point for same day despatch?

To make sure that we can despatch your parcel the same day, please place your order before 1pm.

Can I change or add to an order?

We'll re-input any changes to your order provided it hasn't already been despatched. If you'd like to make a change to your order, we recommend that you give us a call (rather than emailing) as soon as possible after placing your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

If you place your order online (but not over the phone) we'll send an email confirmation. It's important that you check all the details carefully to make sure everything on your order is correct.

I'm trying to order online, but my credit/debit card isn't being accepted.

First of all make sure that your billing details match those on your card statement exactly. If you're still having problems, give us a call and we'll try and find out what the problem is. Be wary of attempting to submit your order too many times as your card issuer might automatically cancel your card.

How can I cancel my order?

If you'd like to cancel it's best to give us a call as soon as you can after placing your order for a full refund. If we've already despatched your item, you'll need to follow our returns procedure.

How do I know if I can order safely?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment with a cheque (payable to Runnulla), postal order or bank cheques with orders received by post. We recommend that you don't send cash to us through the post.
